Cool to read:

Every December 25th, inhabitants of Chumbivilcas Province near Cuzco in Peru celebrate "Takanakuy" (Quechua for "when the blood is boiling"), an annual and ancient celebration inherited from the pre-hispanic Chanka culture.

On that day, men, women, and children gather together to settle grudges from the past year by calling each other out and having fist fights. Afterwards, everyone drinks together to help with the pain and to start the new year on a clean slate.
