COVID showed people that slaving away at a job to earn more money than you need to pay for shit that you don’t really need. Wasn’t as important as time with family and friends. People are leaving potentially high paying yet stressful for jobs. For average paying jobs with reasonable hours, and cuting back on expenses they didn’t need. There’s no labor shortage, or employee shortage, people just aren’t killing themselves for money anymore.
