It was an ok movie
I just don’t like the messaging.
I get that this was a way of life at a time and that shouldn’t be forgotten….but can we talk about where we are now?
Plus can someone point out a decent black man in the movie that wasn’t abused or abusive?
Lastly, sofie. She roughed up her husband… roughed that fine ass squeak, but then got beat down by a group of white men while her prize fighting husband got in the car and bounced. Only to submit to the white lady.
