Imma just say this.

The first two neighborhoods are drastically different from the the one that third house is in. But i like the third the best. What the yards looking like?
 
Report card pick up today for elementary school and tomorrow for high school, I hope I don't have to murder one of these kids cause I've grown fond of them.

The 3rd joint is nice.

I would look for something that's (barring some 08 shit) is gonna increase in value in the next 5-10 years.

But good luck, being in your shit is great. You appreciate the small things like not sharing a laundry room w/ a bunch of other people.
