Didn't mean any disrespect to anyone from Baltimore or anyplace else but the people here who know certain type of places and certain vybz would understand the security questions.

It is not about having faith. We will only sell to black people or to the city or state for unprivileged families but I do have to make sure that we are not constantly replacing materials because my people decided to steal instead of asking for help.

That is one of the reasons I don't have a house in St. Croix yet. I will have to be there and watch it. My own family is likely to borrow some things if I am not around. Yeah I said borrow but we know cement and wood and stuff won't be returned. That shit happened to me in panama, mfs would come in the middle of the night and steal all the tools and pieces of the house, had to hire a mf to watch over it smh
Right now I can buy a 4000 square foot house in Maryland for what a 400 foot studio goes for in Brooklyn. Also, one of the investors lives there. So it would be easier than buying someplace where we don't know anyone.lollllllllllllllllllllll
wld MD be much cheaper? Have you looked into NJ? I lived around the Hunterdon County for a while and property prices are good there.
We've officially hit the 50k mark!
As a token of my appreciation to all of the members of ABW I will be giving 5k to every poster who "THUMBS UP" this post in the next 24hrs.
Gimmie hug :)
the places we are looking at are run down and abandon so that is not what you would be looking for but the properties that are fixed up are going for 100 to 150k around there. My cousin lives in the burbs and her house is really big with dual staircases inside and her mortgage is less than Brooklyn renthow much, if you don't mind my askin? i got a work link to Maryland but i don't know jack bout property costs
Mind your business sirWHY? I wanna save your boy.
Gwynns falls road isn't that bad, I wouldn't mind living there except the streets are narrow, and the traffic is heavy....
Which means someone will likely fuck your car up....And insurance prolly a bitch....
But yea, but I'd recommend hiring someone. Shouldn't be hard though considering the area.....I don't think no one would be shook around there
Thank you. It is about 2 blocks off of Gwynns. There are blocks of abandoned property but the one we are looking at is on the corner and next to it. So we will see again thanks for the information and I will gladly by you a beer the next time I am down there.Gwynns falls road isn't that bad, I wouldn't mind living there except the streets are narrow, and the traffic is heavy....
