It's a celebration men!

They already toss ur shit on ur door step and run, might as well drop it from a drone 30 feet up in the air at this point.

So the drone will just land your package on your front lawn so anybody passing by seeing this can steal your shit
but what will stop them now with the way they deliver now Chi? or should i say Sway, since you got all the answers

How about if nobody home just take the package back and try to deliver it another time

the thing is, unless they need a signature from you, they will just ring it once to let you know a package is there, then dip anyway

I think the drones are going to work like this...

On the evening before your package is delivered the next day, UPS is going to ask you for your availability based on a time range via an app.

UPS is going to have a drone truck that is going to function as a home base for 7-8 drones.

They are going to park the drone truck in an area that is central to a lot of its deliveries for that particular day.

This drone truck is going to be accompanied by two-three regular UPS trucks.

UPS is going to call you 30 minutes to one hour before they deliver your package to see if you are at home.

If you are at home, then they send the drone to deliver the package.

When the drone is at your front-door, then you will receive a call to come outside to get the package from the actual drone.

If you are NOT at home, then they send the package via regular UPS truck and driver.

I am just guessing guys. I haven't heard anything officially.

I was going to make a thread about the warehouse airship that Amazon is doing.

I guess it will be a similar concept to what I proposed for UPS, but the home base will probably be the airship itself.
