That's just one thread - is all the diet, nutrition, supplement, routine/program, and barbell bunny material supposed to go in 1 thread? What about a space for people who are more intermediate or elite in their progress?

Doesn't make sense to shove everything in one place. Plus, Mr. Olympia just passed and nobody even gave daps to Jamaican born Shawn Rhoden for dethroning 7x winner Phil Heath.

The "lifestyle" section is where all the fitness threads should go. When there's enough fitness threads being made that warrants a section, I'll make a subforum for it.
