I remember when MTV...

- use to play music videos

- created the RW and RR as a social experience to get folks from different backgrounds to understand each other

- had The Miz on RW before he became The Miz and was calling himself The Miz long b4 signed with WWE to become The Miz. He also grew up with this semi racist mindset that black folks wasn't that intelligent and Cora almost went berserker barrage on his azzz

- had TRL and Carson Daly would talk in slang for a lot of the black hip hop artists that came on

- Em came on TRL and shut that shyt down so bad, they had to drop the blinders on the windows to keep crowd outside from going hysterical

- had MTV News with credible journalists
