Told my SVP that I won't be coming back to Denver for at least 2 weeks.

1rst week Spring Break for the kiddos
2nd week is my daughters Birthday.


His response: Can you at least call into the meeting with the EVP and present the financials for Q2?

Me: What day is that?
Him: the 19th.
Me: That's baby girls birthday.
Him: But we are not going to be able to find anyone else that can speak to them like you can in such a short time. It'll only be an hour.
