The thing I hate the most when ur trying to lose weight and slim down.

You establish a healthy diet and stick to it.

You establish a work out plan and stick too it.

Within the first two months u drop a 10lbs.

Then u plateau and yoyo at a certain weight. Then it becomes a issue where because of ur diet and excercise

U end up gaining more muscle which cause u to gain weight

So now you don’t know if ur body has become accustom to ur diet and ur no longer losing fat. And if you should rethink some of what ur doing

Cause u don’t want gains, u just wanna shed pounds
