Bretheren. With all do respect people are not leaving their homes where generations were raised. Right now my family is going through it. In some ways I am going through it. It is not as simple to them/ I as it is to you. The first chance I get I am going to rebuild my house. Not a single member of my family is leaving the USVI or Puerto Rico. You may not have attachments to your land but you have to understand why other people do.
