Papa is a teenager though. I can see if one of the adults on the show flipped like that but you talking about a 15-16 yr old. You really think its bad writing to show a teenager change up their point of view? That's what teenager do.

The show has a lot of bullshit with it IMO Papa changing up ain't one of them.

This has become a soft core porn/ WB relationship show. Characters who we grew to like thru their struggles with life, social issues, and Chicago struggles have been reduced to who sleeping or fucking who?
It was weak how the trans actress was written out, give her COVID and put her in the hospital.
Tish has become trifling, immature and a terrible parent, which is a bad stereotype to portray. Teens constantly smoking in their homes while parents are home, why are you promoting that? Especially with the FDA statements and social opinions around vaping. The reason we all still watch is because we have grown to like the characters from the 1st 2 seasons and we want it to succeed. But, its becoming juvenile and silly.
