I believe she can harness the electricity to use. She doesn't have to use it immediately. Anyways, she probably got it from the car like she did when she cauterized Hughie's wound in season 2

Just binged watched from s2 to now my eyeballs feels so dirty I can’t believe they let them rock with the comic book stuff then even improved a bunch of characters imo the show is better than the book now amazing job
