Better season than the last. Superior writing and acting in this show. That carries a lackluster overall plot. Glad they left that pretentious shit from last season out and focused on the characters and relationships though.

Good way to end it with Carm leaving. Will be interesting to see what he does and how retirement affects him. And to see how Syd and Richie run The Bear. Hopefully they get some beef going between The Bear and the restaurant Syd turned down.

I definitely don't want that. I want to see the characters continue to grow Ebra get his arc.

Beefing with that other restaurant could be a vehicle to see other characters grow. And it doesn’t have to be the primary focus, just an interesting supporting plot to add some intrigue.

The execution of season 3 wasn't the best, but that plot needed to happen for season 4 to work as well as it did

Everyone's life in that show has changed/found passion or meaning in that show, but Carmy, he has those demons

I'm wrapping up this season later. Way better than last season. What a difference shit makes when Carmy starts acting like a responsible grown-up lol

Wow, what a season. Those last couple episodes. Healing is a beautiful thing. I be rooting for Carmy to beat his demons. That final episode, that was some elite acting. I don't see Jeremy, Ayo and Ebon. I see their characters. Seeing Syd reduced to tears like a child cause she can't imagine doing this without Carmy and Carmy giving her the highest of praises. That's Emmy-worthy stuff right there

Fuccin Cid and her dad almost had me shedding a thug tear in that hospital room scene man. The acting on this show...*chef's kiss*
