The Angel Reese Thread

Anti black to celebrate an athlete missing a shot and making you 6 figures from a bet?

White boys are unhinged

Brad got excited over a mid shitpost about Angel and started projecting immediately

He gets reminded it's a parody account and post isn't true

Brad doubles down on word "racism" and then throws in "Libtards" as the cherry on top, completely unprovoked.

On a post clowning someone for scoring 13 points...not 3 points or going 0 for 13, a regular 13 points and a fake drug test triggers all that from Brad the miserable white supremacist

Betting 250K that a professional basketball player who takes 90% of her shots right under the goal will miss her first shot is crazy.

I don't want to shit on Angel Reese, but it's wild for them dudes to have that much confidence in her poor play.

In all honesty, that says more about the WNBA than it does about Angel Reese.

The same goes with Caitlin Clark. There's no way should be on her way to being the all-time leader in triple doubles in just her second season. That's crazy.
lol no it doesn’t bro

These two are unicorns

Let’s not forget until recently WNBA players played to their positions so catching triple dubs would be rare

Bruh, the WNBA has been around for 29 years. It's had players that were in the league for more than half of that time. Playing positional basketall or not, triple doubles aren't so rare that a chick should be able to break the cumulative TD record in 2 seasons. Position basketball was the standard in the NBA for decades. In more recent years, you got players like Westbrook, Harden, Jokic, and Luka that either averaged a triple double for a season or came close, and even they weren't breaking those records in a couple seasons.

Triple doubles are rare bro

It became more of a norm when guards were allowed to rebound and start the breaks and center like Jokic are now running the point

Put it to u like this outside of I believe Wilt and Oscar Robertson the top 10 leaders in NBA triple double all started their career after 1994

Now u look at the WNBA game which has been positional for the majority of its history they not getting no triple dubs like that

Bro, you're arguing a point that isn't being made. Nobody's saying that TDs happen every game or that it's not more common with modern play. The point is that whatever the mark was before, it shouldn't be eclipsed in less than two seasons.

The NBA list is:

Westbrook
Oscar
Magic
Kidd
Lebron
Jokic
Wilt
Harden
Bird
Luka

Three out of the top five and five out of the top ten were playing in 94 or before. Oscar, Magic, and Kidd all played their whole careers as traditional PGs and Westbrook didn't pass any of them in 2 years. No matter how you spin this, Caitlin should not have been able to pass that bar that fast.
