It Was Written. Splendid east coast mafioso rap album. Elite rapping on NaS’ end. Great lyrical and technical performance

Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, another great mafioso east coast rap album. Very gritty and flimsy. Rae and Ghost are amazing rappers. They nailed that shit.

It’s Dark & Hell Is Hot. Earl Simmons was on fire man. He had a great year that year and he made a great impression on everybody musically. You had to really be there and hear them songs get play. Very gritty and dark.

Muddy Waters. Might be the most underrated album from an underrated rapper. Redman gets lost in a lot of rap discussions.
