2. Explore trade options on AD and Lebron. I'd trade AD personally and get back whatever.
3. Keep Russ. He only has 1 more year left. That will clear 47 million in cap space.
4. Find any partners for THT
5. Try to keep Monk but he'll be gone probably.

Next year gonna be ugly also and this gonna be a long terrible rebuild.
