Never thought I would see this, but the signs were there. It sucks because Jerry seemed to want the children to run it forever together, but they can't seem to get along well doing it.

The moves they made after winning in 2020 didn't look like a team intending to have a new dynasty, I just thought they were too broke.

Part of the deal was that Jeanie will continue to run it and will be doing so for many years.
 
Never thought I’d see this. Seems more and more wealthy families that have known proven brands are selling more than passing them down.

The Buss family never appeared united, especially after Jerry passed. I wonder who pushed this deal the most. Jeanie was always the most capable, but Jerry really wanted his sons to fill the role, but none were nearly as good as Jeanie. Considering she's still on board...hmm.
