Obama didn't even fill all the vacancies spots in USPS they were carry overs from the Bush Administration and this was in 2014 he had a total of 9 vacancies govenors and could only legally fill up 5 spots ,it was under Republican control for majority Obama time he was in the White House. USPS mismanagement was under Republican control for those 14 years.
The last time there were no vacancies on USPS Board of Governors the GOP has held majority (Miller, Gallagher, Williams, Barnett, Giuliano). In fact, the GOP has held majority on USPS Board of Governors during President George W. Bush’s 8 years AND 6 of 8 years President Barack Obama has been in office = 14 years.
Yesterday, President Obama broke the possible gridlock by nominating current Board of Governors chairman Mickey Barnett, a REPUBLICAN whose term ended in 2013. To recap, if all nominees are confirmed The USPS Board of Governors will be like the U.S. Supreme Court in the hands of Republicans.
Here’s where Obama deserves criticism: There are five vacancies on the nine-member board. He has not successfully placed a single appointee on it during his entire tenure in office. The four existing members were all appointed by George W. Bush.
Currently, the board consists of chairman Mickey Barnett, a former Republican state senator from New Mexico and onetime aide to Senator Pete Domenici; vice chair James Bilbray, an-ex Democratic congressman from Nevada; Louis Giuliano, former CEO of ITT Corporation and a senior advisor to the Carlyle Group; and Ellen Williams, a lobbyist and former chairwoman of the Republican Party of Kentucky. So the decision-making entity for the Postal Service remains in partisan Republican hands, five years into the Obama presidency.

The electoral college is ran by voter's. If people come out and vote the electoral college won't affect the presidential race as much. If everyone in swing state's get out and vote and do the opposite of the last race we won't be talking about this as much.

Winning the overall popular vote is a moot point when you consider the fact that there are more people in Los Angeles County alone then the whole state of North Carolina.
Why is that significant? Well Los Angeles county is just that. A single county. North Carolina is the 10th most populated state in the United States. There are more people in Los Angeles County than the 10th largest state in the country. So by sheer population you are going to get more overall votes if you win a state like California because there are simply more voters there than any other state.
Also 90% of black people did not go to the polls in 2016. I can tell you for certain that that number is false just based on the fact that 90% of black people aren’t even eligible to vote.
Only 59% of eligible black voters voted in 2016. That was the first decline in over 20 years. Please stop making up false numbers to make points. We can all google.
