Taxstone Finally Has A Trial Date For Allegedly Killing Troy Ave's Bodyguard

the only way Troy ave a victim in this situation is if tax came to an industry party that night with the intention to carry out a hit. Tax and the bully rapper 2x both said he didn’t want to go


How can troy ave get on the stand and say what happened w/o admitting why a gun was pulled? if Tax go down bad, Troy going right with him and they got illegal guns in a stash spot to draw any conclusions they need

one thing that i haven’t heard said is tax absolutely can’ say troy took the gun and shot his own man with it

tax brought the gun into the club, yes…but no one can tell in that footage who shot who…will tax be snitching if he says troy did it on the stand after troy says tax did it on the stand?

is snitching on someone who snitched on you still as bad as the original snitch?

i feel like if they had strong a witness, case would’ve been to trial

i believe Troy also may have given more information initially than he plans to give going forward

I know one girl was with main, you can likely cancel out her cooperation...messy shit

All we know is, Tax and people were backstage in a dressing room at a TI show. Troy and his homie go back there, and suddenly a fight breaks out. Shots then go off and theres video of Tax running out the room into the club. Then right behind him is Troy Ave and his friend, chasing him with Troy shooting at him in the club. Any one saying they know what happened and why it happened is speculating.

And if my memory is correct, someone else bought the gun out of state and it went through a few hands before it was passed Tax by his friend.

what i’m saying is that IN COURT all you are going to have is a bunch of ppl saying “blah blah is what happened” that is not a lot of evidence, especially if two different eyewitnesses are saying different things

tax can easily say “i was in a fight gun fell out my waist, next thing i know i’m hearing shots and i run”
if any of the other ppl in the room say “i heard the gun but didn’t see tax holding it” then it doesn’t matter how many ppl say they SAW tax shooting, you now have reasonable doubt

as for any other evidence we’re have troy on camera actually shooting and we also have troys man alive and running on camera while troy ave shoots in his direction

the evidence against troy is on camera and the gun in his car! the evidence against tax is just someone’s word

as a lawyer i’m telling you that is not true
he can go to jail for the gun, that is not what i’m arguing

him being convicted of murder tho, is completely different and just cause it’s his gun does not mean he committed murder

case was supposed to go to trial over a year ago and got pushed back cuz of covid.
