Tape/Film vs. Skill Drills

I put more emphasis on game tape. You can account for a lot more variables and see how the player reacts to them.

These kids train specifically for the 40 now so I don't put as much stock in times as I used to. I remember Chad Johnson was slow as Christmas at the 40 but he had no problem at all taking the top off of coverage in the NFL.

Any drill that involves doing things that specific player doesn't do in game. Like a spot up 3 and D guy doing drills for post fadeways for example

You really want me to give you a list of exact drills man?
