Are you one of those alive at conception people?I'm not mad at her getting charged for that shit. Lock her up.
Georgia bans abortion after embryonic cardiac activity can be detected. That’s generally at about six weeks’ gestation – before many women know they’re pregnant.

That’s fucking stupid. If she don’t want the baby it’s just another kid in the system to complain about. She should be able to get rid of it
Do you think there comes a point where it's a baby/there's life and we shouldn't let people abort them?
Are you one of those alive at conception people?
Yea like month 4. But for medical stuff I feel like they should be able to abort at any time.
She was beyond month 4. So even letting you pick the cutoff, she did it too late.
There are other articles on it written with less bias. The one posted in here mentions the 6 week cutoff more than once, but never how far along she was. And like you said, that's important here. Also says something like "the fetus survived about an hour after delivery". That seems like bias language too. Why are they still calling it a fetus after birth? How do you know this?

@SeaSnake how you just gonna disappear and only do reactions in here now? Haha. You said after 4 months its a life and we shouldn't let people have abortions (with a medical exception). Then you find out she's beyond 4 months, and its crickets.
And I know you don't want another unwanted baby in the system. But in the article her friend said she told her if she didn't want the baby, the friend will raise it for her.
Join me on the "ya, she can go to jail" side.
