Supreme Court strikes down abortion | Update: Georgia Supreme Court is reinstating the state's 6-week abortion ban

I'm finna look this up when I get the feeling to.

Cause I think this the 2nd state I've heard of to try something like this. It really ain't they business what a woman does in another state. If they were so interested in stopping abortions, just state facts/agendas to your residents and that should definitely help.

Out of pocket if true.

*shrugs*, but then again most don't know the agenda/documentation behind abortions anyway. Not really a loss.

To think that this bullshit is happening in the year 2023

If she goes back to Texas, she'll be prosecuted and if someone helped her leave the state, they'll be prosecuted

Shit is like 1850.... iykyk

what would they charge her or the people who helped her with tho?

something similar to aiding and abetting

Anyone who assists a woman with getting an abortion can be sued by the state.

I made sure to re-read the law. She can't can't be prosecuted for it.

hmmm aiding and abetting what tho? Murder?

Wouldnt the murder charge have to come from the state where it happened?
