Easier said than doneSurprised it’s that much.
Own you shit and don’t ducking give up rights to it

There’s an obvious disconnect here if Diddy signed off on him getting his pub back and somehow is still getting the pubEasier said than done
In some ways, yeah I agree with you. Plus when you consider rnb songs like Locked Up have versions without him on it that probably got played on radio more than his version of the song, it makes sense that his back catalog isn't bringing in a ton of money.Surprised it’s that much.

I'm surprised he gets that.... u have any idea how many broke artists once had contracts and checking accounts worth millions... and decided the easy life gon keep on keepin on? Music can be a rough game, ask any so called 1 hit wonder. Every new artist thinks once they're signed they made for life.... wrong.
It's not necessarily all to do with the deal he signed. If people aren't interested in the music he made/featured on then it won't make as much money as it could. You just talking to talk styles p one of the hardest working niggas in the game. And I don't think he dependent on that 25k. He has other ventures. (Book deal, juice bar, etc) It's the principle. He signed a fucked up deal. Amended said fuck up deal and niggas still not gonna break him off.
Couldn't be me but whatever I know he one of the few who been had his shit straight. Probably not sitting on mils but I doubt he's drowning in debt.

Those tracks still get play. I don't know anything about the splits so I can't say nothing there. Like I said nigga got mad side hustle so I doubt it's about the money and more the principle. He got his name on countless hits and doesn't feel he's getting compensated properly and at least one of his peers agrees. I hope they get to the bottom of that shit.
None of us probably dont listen to local radio anymore but his music on that would probably get play in the noon time, with less listeners. But Sirius Xm plays his music. That is what i have. Then you have streams but a lot if artist are not getting fair deals with streaming platforms.
