Welcome To aBlackWeb

Man I'm glad the general consensus to this episode was consistent....never did I want an episode to just hurry up and end already!

So many things wrong with this episode:

Firstly, fuck that dream sequence of Paz running through the abandoned hospital. I knew straight from the jump that it was gonna be a dream....the whole point of doing such a ploy is for the audience to not know either way until it's revealed, so the Power writers can't even dream sequence right

Secondly, how many times in that episode are we gonna have Paz just out with a gun in hand straight fake pumping??? First it was outside Ghost's apartment, then they let us know that she had it on her when she went to see Ghost at the club with the wire, slightly different but she then pulled the gun out on Tommy at his apartment (although she wasn't trying to kill him but rather get him to kill Ghost for her), then Paz randomly finding her son before he went to go for Ghost and tussling back and forth with the gun on a busy street...I mean she even cocked it back LMAO! Then she's walking through the party again gun in hand trying to find Ghost in the crowd (how did she even get let in the party?! Seemed like a private event and she looked so out of place with her attire)

Thirdly, she shitted on Angela's legacy for no reason and ending up not getting her pension anymore SMH

Fourthly, after fucking up the cash flow she still stay fucking up the money by not taking Ghost's death check. I get it...she don't want to take money from who she blames for killing her sister. But if Ghost fucked up Angela's life, well she fucked up her own sister's legacy....like her son said, Angela didn't want him out of school or Papi out the home....so she had a chance to square all that and her pride got in the way

Lastly, fucking Tasha telling Paz that Tommy killed Angela. Really bitch?! Straight snitching on her boy for no damn reason....and to Paz who's hellbent on revenge. I really couldn't believe it when she said that......especially when she killed LaKeisha. I hope Tommy finds out it was Tasha to deal with her now for that unnecessary snitch maneuver

Best parts of the episode were:

1. When that random dude (Steven Ott) turned up on Warner flexing that political muscle, not once but twice!

2. Us getting a good look at the shiner Dre gave Blanca! He really didn't hold back on that punch....[insert Chris Tucker gif]

3. Probably the most interesting part to me....When Tommy's mother said "I can't wait to tell my son....my other son about this! Probably think it's a fucking hoax..."
Guys.....a long while ago, I heard there was a background story of how Ghost and Tommy were really brothers i.e. Ghost Dad ran a club and Tommy's mom was working there as a waitress/dancer whatever etc. What if she meant "I can't wait to tell my son...my other son about this", was her correcting herself because she is really Ghost's mother and was trying to clean up what she was saying by stating her other son (i.e. Tommy) to the executioner of the will who just told her, James aka her son left x,y,z in his will for her? Also remember maybe last season or the one before, where Tommy's mom said something about raising a "black son"? At the time, everyone took it to be figuratively but now I'm not so sure. And before one of you smart-asses says something "no I'm not one of those people that believed Holly was the Feds back in the day too!" LOL

4. Tommy clearing out the apartment. Where the fuck did he go? It almost made me think either he cleared out because Tommy actually killed Ghost and left before the heat came up on him, or Herc's boys were coming after him. Either way, now I'm actually curious to know what happened there

Knowing this show that ain’t farfetched. We might see this nigga at the end of the episode with a linen outfit on at the beach somewhere chilling with a new identity.

Also Ghost faking his death isn't far fetched, why make 5 more episodes to figure out who killed Ghost if they're gonna tell us he's dead ? Defeats the purpose of these episodes. If he's really dead, then these episodes are a complete waste because it wouldnt matter.

This could all be a ploy for him to once and for all escape the life and start over. Ghost had to know it wouldnt be easy because there's still loose ends. Warner getting fired takes the heat off entirely and erases the legs and clears everyone. Also for the Asian cop he could have been working with Ghost who knows. Ghost is forever tied to Tommy who cannot coexist without him, Tasha and Tariq days are numbered. Maybe Ghost is gonna let Tariq run the drug business who knows.

The point I'm making is I'm starting to think Ghost faked it and has Tasha and Tariq all in on it. Why would Tasha tell Paz that and why would Tommy leave if he felt there wasn't a threat if Ghost was dead ? That's my prediction.
These Episodes Are A Waste If You Watch For Ghost He’s Gone Bro

The episode wasn’t bad it’s just that no one cares about Paz.
People are stupid as fuck. This episode wasn't about Paz not in the least. They used her to connect the dots. They let us see that she was not the killer, the lady cop wasn't the shooter and let us know that someone knows Tommy is the real shooter.

Also Ghost not dead. This episode gave it away that he's not dead and that him and Tommy linked back up soon as you seen his momma get a check. You should've knew he wasn't dead and when the will was changed to give Paz some money.
