By settling out of court, the couple avoid a week long trial that was scheduled to begin on Monday.

But on Friday they came to an agreement.
It is not known how much they settled on. He at one point had asked for as much as $130,000 per month in spousal support.
In January Isaacs said the stress from the divorce has caused him to become hospitalized.

In the statement to the court, shared by The Blast, he said he wanted his monthly spousal support raised from $30,000 to $65,000.
Isaacs said he'd be 'destitute' without the ongoing financial flow from his former wife of more than 12 years. He said it's 'impossible' for him to make his rent payments, and as far as work goes, he's 'unemployable.'
Much of the acrimony in the split between the couple has been linked to Blige's accusations against Isaacs that he had cheated on her with her one-time protege, the singer Starshell (whose real name is LaNeah Menzies).
Two good: Later she slipped into a gold number for the Vanity Fair Oscar party in Beverly Hills where she posed with model Naomi Campbell
The Grammy-winning vocalist vented about the 'humiliating' experience she endured amid Isaacs' alleged infidelity in her 2017 VH1 documentary Strength of a Woman.
'All these years have come to this, like you didn’t even pick me, you picked somebody else,' Blige said. 'It hurt real bad. But … they got beds, we gotta lay in it.'
Months later, she ripped Isaacs as a 'con artist' in an interview with Variety in which she claimed he 'played' and 'suckered' her.
A friend: The hitmaker also posed with Sean Diddy Combs who flashes a peace sign
'I’m not happy about a lot of things. I thought someone loved me, right?' said the Be Without You artist.
'Turns out, he was a con artist and he didn’t, and now he’s coming after me for all my money. When you come out of something like that, you realize you were never the one. There was someone else that was his queen.'
The Runaway Love singer added, 'I have to keep smiling and keep my spirits up because this is designed to kill me.'
Starshell has denied Blige's allegations she was with Isaacs, saying, 'This is absolutely not true,' according to the New York Post.
