Me and my friend was skipping school and messing around play fighting near the road like 2 dumb arses, he was almost hit by a lorry it was so close he would have been killed instantly.

Yes. I've dropped tools at work from 10-20 stories before and almost hit people who don't gaf about the safety fences.
When I was about 7, a friend of mine who was older and bigger did that thing where you push someone's shoulders pretending to push them, but you hold their shoulders so they won't actually fall. I tried to do it to him at the edge of a river and he fell in, getting taken by some rapids. He managed to get hold of a large, protruding rock while his dad grabbed a big stick and pulled him out
