COMMUNITY Social Justice Thread: R.I.P. George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor & now Tyre Nichols



On one hand, it could mean that the judge doesn't believe that Chauvin unintentionally killed Floyd and thus a third degree murder charge wouldn't apply. On the other hand, it could be that the judge is trying to get rid of a possible option for the jury potentially giving a way for them to acquit the cop.

They are going to acquit regardless.
 
I don't know. I honestly don't think they want to acquit Chauvin. Maybe they'll let the others go, but I think Chauvin gotta take the fall for this one.
