White skateboarder filmed hurling silver paint over George Floyd statue in NYC 'is failed actor, 37, who appeared in Parks and Recreation, CSI and was arrested for rioting at the US Capitol on January 6'

Micah Beals, 37, aka Micah Femiah, was arrested on Monday for allegedly throwing silver paint on a George Floyd statue earlier this month

  • He is charged with second-degree criminal mischief
  • Surveillance footage showed a man on a skateboard - now believed to be Beals - walking along Union Square Park carrying a skateboard in his hand
  • He then ducks behind a bust of the late Rep. John Lewis and is seen grabbing something from his backpack
  • The footage later shows him skating over to the Floyd statue and spraying silver paint on it at around 10.15am on October 3
  • Beals has previously been arrested on a curfew violation following the January 6 riots at the US Capitol
  • He is not facing any federal charges in the case, but it remains ongoing
  • He has also been arrested a number of times since 2002 in his home state of Michigan, as well as in California and Washington State
  • But Beals is also trying to make a name for himself as an actor
  • He has appeared in Parks and Recreation and CSI: NY and has done a number of commercials and public service announcements

1 black pastor per family is what he wants

The unmitigated caucasity of this bitch!

Gough groused, "I've got nothing personally against Mr. Sharpton ... but if we're starting a precedent where we're gonna bring high-profile members of the African-American community into the courtroom to sit with the family during the trial in the presence of the jury, I believe that's intimidating and it's an attempt to consciously or unconsciously pressure or influence the jury."

And, he goes on ... " ... if their pastor is Al Sharpton right now, that's fine, but then that's it. We don't want any more black pastors coming in here. Jesse Jackson, whoever was in here earlier this week sitting with the victim's family trying to influence the jury in this case."

Wonder if he'd be cool with white pastors instead
