Joy is suspended bro lol. They kept her on to continue football coverage since Fox had the superbowl this year. Meanwhile FS1 lawyers were already working behind the scenes

They likely decided to terminate her and are working on a separation agreement where she won’t sue the company, won’t disclose details and won’t disparage them.

They also need her on their side for the purposes of that lawsuit filed against them and her so they’re likely paying for her legal defense and keeping her employed until they resolve the matter so that she still has a duty to the company
 
Wiley said she came to the building this Monday but they didn't let her on air. Yeah.. she suspended.

My nigga worked at FS1. He was an associate producer on First things First when it came on at 6am.

He knew Joy was sleeping with Charlie so it wasn't a secret. Joy was engaged to Earl Watson and called off the wedding cuz he found out about them fucking and Charlie tossed Earl some bread to not go public.

I'm sure Charlie wife knew about Joy and other females he's been with. He's one of the most powerful men at FS1 so she's not gonna give up the country club lifestyle. She'll divorce him now more than likely and get a huge divorce settlement to keep her lifestyle going
