Christopher Hassig, commander of Houston Police Department Homicide Division, identified Moreno as female during the press conference but noted that she has a history of using both male and female aliases.

Of course because these shootings are not about that. Nor is it about mental health. This country has a problem with gun violence. Among other things.

If they're not about that why did you bring it up? Nobody else did.
Also, multiple things can be true. Some of these shooters really are incels. Some of them are white supremacists. Some of them are just plain crazy. That doesn't take away the fact that easy access to guns is the primary contributing factor.
