I wish I had gotten to this sooner cause I've emphasized watching more TV shows and its cut down on how much films I've watched over the last year.
This is such a beautiful film about love, family and healing even if it's done through other means such as through our art. There's such a profound sadness that Nora carries throughout the film, Renate was so good in her role. What can I say about Stellan? Such a great actor. The one person that surprised me is the actress who plays Renate's sister in the film, what a quiet, strong and nuanced performance by her. Generational trauma, man.
