Quincy Jones: From Bebop (your granddaddy’s time) to Hip Hop (now) Nobody else compares or has won as many awards in so many different genres nor eras of music. He has also won Academy (movies) and Tony (plays) awards, as well as writing scores for television shows. Babyface can only imagine such longevity, musical genius, and creativity.

Hol up, Babyface made this shit too?

If we're keeping this shit a buck, this aint close. Outside of MJ who produced half the shit himself, QJ hasn't really done shit in RnB. Babyface made hits for every fuckin body.

Please drop these god level rnb songs that doesn't have MJ in it....

AllMusic Review by Thom Owens

Greatest Hits contains a selection of Quincy Jones' greatest pop hits of his work for A&M, including tracks from hit albums like The Dude, Body Heat, and Smackwater Jack. For jazz purists, this isn't a worthwhile purchase, but for fans of R&B hits like "Just Once," "Is It Love That We're Missin'," "Ai No Corrida (I-No-Ko-ree-da)" and "Stuff Like That," it's a definitive retrospective.

When niggas finally unplug from the matrix and start thinking for themselves instead of what society has been programming you to think since a child, the world will be a much better place

There's still niggas out here praying to white jesus smh/lol

QUINCY has been around since the 50’s and has worked with many greats—-living and dead:
"Strawberry Letter 23" The Brothers Johnson

Give Me The Night" George Benson

Baby Come To Me" Patti Austin with James Ingram

It's My Party" Lesley Gore

Please drop these god level rnb songs that doesn't have MJ in it....

You're right fam, that list is incredible.

Going by that laughing/crying emoji:

I thought you were a sophisticated dude, Goldie. But you’re just a hip hop head that likes repeating the words niggas, bitches, hoes, and pussy over and over again. Quincy has been a heavy hitter since the 50’s, producing the music for hit plays, television shows, musicals, and music from bebop to hip hop. I thought you were smart. I mean, that was a dumb question to even throw Babyface in the mix, when he has none of Quincy’s success. Even he would laugh in your face.

I love our icons and people who are trailblazers in their field. Babyface has hits, but is not a trailblazer nor in Quincey’s Uber-talented, long lived orbit. I’ll see my way out, since I am among kids who don’t even know BLACK MUSICAL HISTORY. Many of you act too white and stunted in black history for me. I would be ashamed to be this dumb, even if I were pretending to be black. —-And of course, I barely listed everything Q has done. The rest of ya’ll can look it up since the man’s been around since the 50’s.

You’re on your own website and refuse to read. That’s a first for me! Usually the website owner has some sort of smarts. Anyway, Babyface WISHES this were him:

I don’t care what a white boy has got to say about the rich history of black music or it’s greats.
