If a person browses the forum and sees active posters with their faces as avis... This seems like as much more comfortable type environment for the normal timid lurkers or something like that.....

If that's the goal only non-Black ppl should be made to have avatars. That way Black folks have anonymity and non-Black folks are held accountable. It slants the power dynamics in favour of the Black posters.

I'm just sayin, if you round up the non-Black posters and tattoo serial numbers on them it will be easier to exterm.. i mean police them.
