I was 13 and I can vividly remember my sister, who was 15 at the time, coming into my room already crying, then handed me the newspaper article about it. SMH. Shit fucked me up. Pac was big in our house. Like my MOM fucked with Pac. She'd be BLASTING 2 of Amerikas Most Wanted. When he got popped again, we all were like 'Damn, they shot Pac again. When that nigga pull through this one, he's gonna give them niggas hell!'.

Shit ain't work out like that.

That was the general consensus back then.

But tbh, if pac lived. He wouldn't have been the same. His quality of life woulda been much different.

I really thought he was gonna pull through. I remember being outside about to play football, I ran in the house to get my Emmitt smith t-shirt and walked passed the living room. Normally my sister was in there watching MTV jams, but she wasn't there. I walked in her room and she was crying, and I asked "why the fuck you crying"?! She said "Tupac was dead"! I ran outside got my little brother and stay in the house for the rest of the night. Sad day in our household we loved pac.

If Pac lived he would have gone directly to jail for beating up Orlando Anderson because he was out on bail and assaulting somebody in a casino is a violation of the conditions of his bail.

So he would have had to finish the rest of his sentence for raping that chick. Then he would have had to serve time for jumping Orlando Anderson. That would have been at least another 3-5 years.

He would have got out of prison around 2003.

To my understanding he was waiting for a new trial on the rape case. So yes, he would have gone back in for violation of the conditions of his bail.

Would he have been found guilty in the re trial? idk

I'm sure deathrow would have paid off Orlando to not press charges

Actually, now that I think about it. I think they had new evidence that granted him a new trial for that sexual misconduct trial. But after jumping Orlando Anderson in the casino, it's likely that that act in itself would be used against him in a new trial. Regardless of what evidence that chick had for the sexual assault case, if the D.A. introduced the video footage of him jumping Orlando Anderson, it's likely that the jury /judge would have found him guilty again in the sexual misconduct case.

Either way he would have gone back to prison and had another charge for assault and battery.

Death Row might have paid Orlando not to press charges in a civil trial, but he'd still be charged by the state in a criminal trial. And I'm not sure if he would have been able to beat that case. He was kicking him when he was down. That's tough to beat in court.
