Well I'm not in another country so I can't give you a run down of the biggest rapper in let's say England. But common sense should be able to tell you that given the size of the world that a rapper can be and has been very successful without being in the US. I mean you think a nigga like Burna Boy wouldn't be successful or wasnt big without the US?
