On the other hand, they do sell slugs at the general store, and you can upgrade your range and accuracy at the gunsmith

For the snakebites make sure you take the item when it’s offered, thought I’d wait till better weapons were available.

Instead ended up on a mission where I murdered the town the item was free in, which made the deal nullified so I had to buy the weapon.

Can also craft buckshot incendiary shells for the shotties too. Think you need shells, animal fat and moonshine.

I Take Its Ass Out And Then On Some Bullshit Some Bounty Hunters Show Up As I'm Walking My Pelt To My Horse Dutchmaster

Now I'm Dead And Have No MFin' Clue Where The Skin Went But Its Crossed Off The Map

i see this alot...but it aint that hard to keep bounties off you

just dont shoot innocent people....I murked and looted some guys that tried to rob me in front of people and they didnt do shit

and if you run fast enough when u do have a witness telling, the "heat" dies down like gta and they dont even know who to put the bounty on

I been stopped killing witnesses I just bolt thru the woods until my horse is tired

i only end up with bounties fuckin wit Micah...which tells im still not very far

Supposedly after a while the pelts will go to either a trapper or the fence.
I’ve been killed with 2 legendary pelts on me but I’ve never managed to locate them again.

I think it’s a certain fence that unlocks through missions,that is the one they go to but I ain’t that far through the story yet.

Usually I Pay Off My Bounties Right Away But I Was In Middle Of Nowhere And Wasn't Trying To Look For No Train Station But I See What Your Saying...Good Strategy
 
Ive read that if you use a mask to commit crimes you will be told on, but they wont know your identity. If you change your clothes you should be clear of any bounty but if you return wearing the same clothes someone will recognize you and report you.
