Don't know about Scarecrow and Koop, but Paul, Juice and Boo been out of Memphis for about 20 years. I know Boo moved to Atlanta around 2000.

Although, I never been to the westside of Tennessee, but I always heard that Memphis was wild af. I didn't listen to a lot of Dolph's music, but from his interview, it seem like he was a humble dude that carry himself business minded than anything.
