This Stockton gang shooting is heartbreaking. I cant imagine raising my son 14 years and seeing him get hit by strays from dudes shooting up a kids party. They're on Twitter talking shit saying its payback for one of theirs that was killed in front of their kids, but 4 kids got hit in this incident
