I wasn't impressed with the documentary. The narrator seem to hear what he wanted to hear. I do believe that RKelly has a big thing for underaged girls. But the only thing that came close to "proof" was the attorney saying she represented clients with non-disclosure agreements. Once again that proves parental complicity. Underage children can't legally sign contracts. The parents have to sign for them and accept the money.
