That's probably the worst pain to endure because it's barely any to no relief from it. I remember when I used to get them. Luckily, all I needed was a deep cleaning then it went away. Flossing is the most important step in oral health. Ever since I got my braces off then it's a religion for me to brush, mouthwash and floss after every meal. I be telling people to take their oral health serious. Your teeth are the most important feature. That be the first thing people look at when you're talking
