Common's response was weak. Everything Drake was saying was some real nigga shit. Even Common admitted afterwards that he caught feelings over Drake fuckin with Serena which goes back to " It bothers me when the God's start acting like the brawds" and "shawty wanna tell me secrets abut a rap nigga, I tell a bitch it's more attractive when u hold it down" . Compared to nothing but lines about Drake being soft, from a nigga who's known as the soft nigga with leaves for gloves.... Nah bruh.

Same applies here, Drake lost the war to push, but he won every battle up until that point.
