That idea has definitely been floated since Roe v Wade was overturned. Its not a wild prediction to make at all

That schoolboard meeting doesn't actually discuss this issue as a policy issue. A young female student addresses the board with her experience and the board brushes right past her statement. If that board enacted a policy about the issue, it wasn't during that particular meeting.
