i know a guy who is a RSO... he was having relations with a 16y/o... he at the time was 19... come to find out the girl was only 14 & they hit the guy with statutory rape... he did 2 years in prison..
It depends on the reason I had to register as a sex offender. But outside of a couple exceptions, the obvious answer is deadbeat dad.
