R. Kelly was way too impactful with his own catalogue, not to mention the impact he had with other artists.

Hendrix is Hendrix and Pac is Pac. Way too influential on their genres to remove.

Anita has some great hits, but if she not around her influence on entire genres wouldn’t be missed as much.
