I made an assumption but wanted to be sure before I posted it but assata went to Cuba seeking political asylum. This is probably why she didn't go to Africa. Cuba was for a get specific reason

Castro did not fuck with the US and took pleasure in not helping them. He was down with Black folks and their movement.

But this is for the guy who started throwing shots at Freedmen, saying she was Pan-African (which she was) my question is, why didn't any of the African nations hid her?

If you fuck with someone, would you not want to help them? She's helping Africans. But he made the post about Freedman etc.

Castro ran that country and could have sent her back, but he chose not to during the time because of his admiration of the Black Power Movement at the time. I think he at one point made it to where any black person can attend school there for free if they were in the medical field or something to that effect.

I can't remember but he laid out the red carpet for Black folks, I think he even helped the South Africans when Nelson Mandela was locked up. Castro had his hands in many of black affairs trying to help.

My point was more so to the poster who came in with the shots at Freedman, I asked him why none of the African nations helped her during this time while she was a fugitive. This was a big situation. Those African nations members and the people knew about it.

Before she went to Cuba, she had to hide out for almost a year on the East Coast, why didn't any African nations help her during this time.

That was my point I was making in regard to the Freedman (FBA) remark.

Then she went and decided to go to Cuba, it wasn't an overnight thing that happened where she woke up the next week and went to Cuba.
