I dont have any ears pierced.

I thought about it for all of like 20 secs back in college and didnt do it. Just never saw the fascination with having this done, but that was me as an adult male.

How ya'll feel about parents who do this to their very young sons?

Also, is there an age before 18 that you would give your son permission to get his ears pierced?

I side eye anyone who pierces their young child’s ears before they even ask for it boy or girl. I’m grown now and barely wear earrings plus the guns are not able to be sterilized properly so that in itself is scary. I’d wear a chain or necklace before I do too. Baby girl will have her ears pierced when she decides she wants them.

If anyone does decide to pierce the ears before they ask, it should be done at a tattoo and piercing shop by a professional using sterile brand new needles instead of them fake ass places using them nasty ass guns.

Id do my daughters though, if they dont want them when they are older they can let them close up

Got both my ears pierced, makes me look pretty. Both daughters got their ears pierced as babies, their mammie wanted it. A boys ears pierced should be his choice.

I have both my ears pierced. I still wear them. Both my brother's only have their left ear pierced. If my son wanted his ear or ears pierced I would let him do it. Hell I took my nephew to get his ear pierced last summer. Only thing my brother and his mom asked was "Don't get both pierced". Don't see it as that big of a deal. My dad actually didn't want me to do it, but once I actually got it done when I was 18 he didn't even notice for like 3 months. Then my brothers went and got theirs done after I did mines.
