I get you not liking it personally and understanding it's influence, but you can't name 5 better movies?

You gotta understand that we grew up watching movies at a time when the art of filmmaking has been more or less perfected. Casablanca came out in 1942. Of course there are hundreds if not thousands of better movies that came out since then. The point of the medium is to study it and improve upon it. If there weren't better movies than Casablanca since it came out, we all take a L.
