Are there an over abundance of old schools sitting on the lawn?

No, I hear a lot of Mexican music out there sometimes, but I hardly ever see anyone. I think I live around a bunch of older whites and younger Mexican families.

I live in a gated community and away from riffraff such as the ones the OP speak of. Those type of shenanigans don't happen here......

I live in a super🧃area. Sometimes a pro Palestine protest might kickoff or some spots start getting vandalized and the police set up a command post in the plaza parking lot. Smh.

Might get a drunken squabble outside at 3am. Like twice a year. Nothing crazy.
