OJ is a classic coon. OG Coon of the highest order. Rather he got away with murder or not two really clear things are true at the same time.

1. The LAPDs corruption & the systems corruption got exposed big time during this trial. Coon or not no black man deserves that treatment. All this happening so quickly after the Rodney King shit didn’t help.

2. OJ had to become a public menace in the eyes of white society to finally embrace being “black” in the face of the public. Almost like it was a damn defense mechanism. Prior to 1994 he went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure he wasn’t like “us”. He was the magical negro they talking about in that movie. I can’t for sure say that OJ still held that standard in his mind after he got acquitted, but I for sure can say had these murders never happened I don’t think the brother would of been quick to leave the security that came with being the most famous “safe negro”.
